Snow White and the Huntsman. I was sufficiently entertained, and it was way superior to the Disney version.

I also just saw Snow White and the Huntsman. Theron really gave an interesting depth to the evil queen and the movie itself actually wasn't bad. It was an interesting twist on the fairy tale/Disney version. My faith has been restored somewhat in Stewart's acting abilities. (She's stiff in the Twilight series, much less so in the Runaways and SWatH.)
But compared to Mirror Mirror, I liked Mirror Mirror better. It was a very fun take on Snow White. But both movies did something great - they made Snow White into a badass and not just some pansy who cleans all the time.
