I was going to say that too. It seems desertification is an even bigger problem in the QCverse than it is here. It seems to have taken hold across the entire north Africa region and Arabian peninsula, save for that green spot in Tunisia and the Nile Delta.

Even the Nile delta is desert; to the east of it is the Red Sea.

I think writer Hanners and artist Marigold might yield better results. Marigold seems to be the better draftsman of the two -- though she should certainly contribute to the writing.

It's a credit to Hannelore's great progresses, that she is able to subsitute for Momo and her Social Interpretation Protocol towards Marigold.
It's also an alarming sign of how much of a shut-in Marigold is that Hanners gets to help her in this.

Oh, Marigold was getting it, between panels 3 and 5, all right -- the increasing blush.  She just didn't know how to proceed, how to either gracefully walk away or engage the guy in polite non-flirty conversation or return the flirt.
