Schrodinger's cat was neither alive nor dead. It was actually an eldritch abomination that posed a threat to time and space. Schrodinger sealed it away in the box in order to save us all XD

Apparently, yes. And after looking up who that was, I am now filled with the compulsion to add a nonsensical tangent as a third option to every two-state problem.
