My actual name would rarely make an appearance on my name tag. I don't like it when strangers come up, read my badge, and call me by my name, it's creepy. Yes, it'd be convenient, but mostly creepy.

Yeah I would have a nickname on mine. It's pointless putting my real first name on anything as no one would be able to pronounce it properly, and I would just be annoyed by all the really bad attempts.
