edit2 -- Plus, I'm pretty sure the go-to place for drunk food in this town is the Waffle House.

They just opened a Waffle House here. I went on the second day. One of the staff members said "if you can't stand up Cook-Out* isn't an option, Waffle House is." This reasoning may be why their parking lot only has 7 spaces.
*A chain located in NC and a few other states that serves delicious milkshakes and other food. Usually just a drive-through, but this being a college town the one here has a walk-up window, where they get probably a majority of their business from inebriated students.
