why, from getting your egg whites everywhere?

I don't know about Gareth, but I like making Omlets.
3 large eggs, scrambled
pat of butter
pinch of salt
two handfuls of shredded cheese (1 1/2 cups)
one cup of cubed ham or crumbled bacon
1/2 cup of chopped bell peppers.
1/2 cup of chopped tomatoes
2nd pat of butter
rolled up together =  yummy
With the ingredients prepped, I can make an omlet every 3 minutes or so.

also, it's dangerous to jack off over the hot stove.  ;)
