Why is there a stigma against owning too many cats versus owning too many dogs? If you have too many cats, you're obviously crazy and attention starved. But apparently owning many dogs means that you have a compassionate and friendly heart.

It doesn't make sense to me either. The same goes for ferrets. Some people think I'm crazy for just having two.

Ferrets are also fuzzy, warm and love receiving/ giving attention! They tend to have a few more anger issues if you don't give them attention early on, but then so would a dog. It's just a matter of taking care of your pets properly.

Exactly. My boys are (mostly) well behaved and very sweet. And much smaller than a dog! I also have two cats and apparently four pets in total means I'm just fucking insane.
I mean, I am, but it has nothing to do with my pets.

The bar is set at four? So ... two fish and two bunnies and we're at the loony bin?
Thank god a bunny passed away recently.
