I thank God daily that I don't have student loans anymore. I actually paid off my student loans the same year I bought a house.

Sadly, I now have more CC debt than I did in student loans.

Method of Madness:
Yeesh. None of that for me, thankfully. My student loans are deferred, but the interest still grows. I forget if I already said that. It's one of those things that's always on the back of my mind.

I got very lucky in that I won a full scholarship that covered tuition and living expenses for college, so I never had any student loans. The flip side of it, though, is now I'm 28 and have no credit record. Later this year I'm going to have to find a new apartment in whatever city I end up in, and landlords like to check credit records...  :psyduck:

Method of Madness:
Ehh, my student loans are mostly from two attempts at grad school that I left midway because I realized I no longer wanted to do those professions (teaching and law).
