Tried it. It might be a dodgy key, but it was fine until a few days ago.

Blame the cat. Cats are always leaving claws and stuff in my keyboard...it's a small wonder I haven't lost a key yet.

"Hi. This is Jeff at Firestone this call and let you know that your vehicle. Here's off that freaking out. 20. "
What? What happened to my car!?
"Hi. This is Jeff at Firestone, just calling to let you know that your vehicle here's all set. Right now it's 20 to 1."
ahh.
(<3 Google voice though, it has gotten so much better)
