My ex had a little very thin fluff on her upper lip which was totally adorable.
You know, the kind you only notice when you´re up super close.

I like a little fluff on faces, even though facial hair is usually a turn-off.
That said, you could probably schedule an electrolysis appointment for fifteen minutes that would take care of it. It's not that painful and it's pretty damn permanent.
