Barmymoo:
Really? We see this kind of behaviour from Faye all the time, they might well be friends from the course or something. It's not really that big a deal.

Skaltura:

I feel like we've had this discussion about three thousand times already. :-\

TinPenguin:
I like book-whacky girl. :-D

techkid:
I put my vote in for Rhea. It's a bit different, but it does seem to suit her (in my opinion, anyway).

Still, she doesn't let up, does she?

Border Reiver:
Getting people to carry out training is challenging, first you have to know what you are actually supposed to be teaching them.

Then you should have a good idea of the background level of knowledge of your students - If someone goes teach them "Math" do you jump right to calculus, or  figure out if the folks have learned the basics first?  Easiest way to lose a student is to try and teach to an inappropriate level.

And then finally, you either need a prepared plan or an earthshattering level of competance in the subject matter to actually present the material off the cuff.

Marten still doesn't know what these young ladies are supposed to be learning, although he's now got an idea of their background knowledge, and the coffee should give him a few moments to come up with a plan.  And we all love it when a plan comes together.
