Judging by her height I'd say she's a wakizashi person.

I, too, was wondering about that. Without Momo to guide them Tai/Dora could easily get lost. Unless they are giving Hannelore a ride. I would  trust Hanners to read the map rather than Tai.

I think the looks in the last panel are less "whoa, she's got a knife" and more "where the hell did that come from?"
After all, she's wearing a tank top and figure hugging jeans; there's not much hiding space there. Unless its internal; more support for my "she's part robot" hypothesis, no?
