She has stated that she's 24, and he's 21. Unless Clinton says at a later time that he's not 21 - which is unlikely, since HE said "WE'RE NOT TWINS" - then we should probably assume that they are telling the truth and they are not, in fact, twins. Occam's Razor and all that.
