Since Marten's parents appear to be on reasonably good terms, I expect his mum has told his dad if Marten himself hasn't.
jwhouk:
Yes - but did Marten tell him?
Arancaytar:
--- Quote from: Loki on 28 Jan 2013, 02:23 ---So, presumably Marten goes to the wedding. And I *think* that Marten's father does not know about the fact that Marten and Dora broke up. So he presumably sent an invitation for "Marten +1".
Whom does Marten take with him?
--- End quote ---
If he's not bringing most of his friends anyway, then I'm thinking Claire.
Carl-E:
While it would increase teh funny, I don't see it as in character. He's not dating anyone, so I'd see him bringing a good friend, if anyone. While Claire found him trustworthy, and they're certainly getting to know each other better, I'm thinking one of the three primaries (Faye = BFF, Dora = amicable ex who met the grooms, Hanners = old friend who'd love to see a wedding for cultural anthropological reasons) would be most likely. Hell, I think Tai'd be more likely than Claire...
