But.. The whole reason the thought of having Hanner's back be to the crowd was so she didnt freak out, whether that be at the front or back of the band..
That being said, there was mentioned that it would be easier if all the band members could see each other.. hence Marten and Amir being towards teh back looking forward, technically solves all the problems of band members being in eye contact and Hanner's not seeing the crowd.
Still not very plausible in my opinion.. but it solves most of the issues.

She could play behind a curtain with a spotlight behind her so her motions are displayed on the curtain.

Faye should fashion a mole skull mask. There would be an effective social shield which might help Hanners and give people something visual to remember the band by.
Or perhaps they can start playing in front of a few friends at first and gradually work up to larger crowds.

Hanners could play the drums blindfolded at this point.
Notice what happens when you combine the idea of warming up the audience with the idea of Hannelore channeling her inner mom.
