A couple of leaks have popped up today about the future of the MCU, most of them coming from someone who posted a lot of Endgame information that proved to be true.

I'm going to put the rumoured films under a spoiler, but the following information doesn't seem particularly spoilery.
- Marvel is possibly doing away with the Phases, Marvel are planning to run Phase 4 until 2024, but after that its up in the air.
- There will not be another decade long overarching story arc, but smaller threads running through Phase 4.
- Marvel have said that they probably won't do anything with the X-men or the Fantastic Four until after 2024.

Rumoured films (also including the ones we already knew because there's some pertinent information). There are some spoilers for Endgame.

- Black Panther 2
- Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3
- Nova (there's a rumoured scene cut from Infinity War where Thanos went to Xandar and stole the Power Stone. Also, this movie is said to be in development)
- Thor 4 (Chris Hemsworth still wants to play Thor and its generally agreed that Thor's story isn't finished yet)
- Antman 3 (the most common rumour is that it will deal with the Quantum Realm in greater depth, especially due to the events of Endgame)
- Captain Marvel 2 (this was all but given considering they want Captain Marvel to be the central figure of the MCU going into Phase 4)
- New Avengers (A team that formed six months after the original Avengers disbanded, when a mass breakout of superpowered prisoners happened in one of the Marvel universe's secret prisons)
- Young Avengers (Teen legacy heroes who banded together to form their own team. The fact that Endgame focused on Clint's daughter, as well as Cassie Lang, Harley Keener and the presence of Morgan Stark indicates that she will take up her father's mantle eventually, possibly because of time travel or something)
- Dark Avengers (Norman Osborn created his own team of supervillains masquerading as Avengers when he was briefly given control of national security)

Four series are also in development for Disney Plus: Falcon & the Winter Soldier, Wanda & the Vision, Loki and finally Hawkeye. These series will be connected to the films and have an impact on them, unlike the Netflix series or Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

There will also be a more clearly defined line between Earth based MCU and Cosmic based MCU, with both having their own tone, themes and overarching story arcs.
I mean, I'd take a big chunk of this with a load of salt, but we'll find out more after Far From Home is released.

Probably even more. Sony have been reportedly talking to Marvel about possibly bringing in Tom Hardy as Venom for the third Spider-man film.
Fox have been looking at introducing Deadpool to the MCU.
And that's not even going into some of the actors renegotiating their contracts.
