Truec:
That was a Clockwork Orange reference? I thought it was Evangelion.
Kugai:
This will get messy.
Storel:
--- Quote from: Carl-E on 25 Jun 2013, 01:44 ---I think he won't be hired, but he'll be hanging around just long enough to run into a slightly smelly, bed-rumpled Marigold as she gets her "morning" coffee.
Whereupon they will both embarrass themselves and each other with their bizarre flirting rituals, purple pants and glowing glasses.

This ^. Now that you've explained it, I don't see how anything else can happen. It's dramatically necessary. 8-)
--- Quote from: Is it cold in here? on 25 Jun 2013, 06:37 ---The Secret Bakery lost an employee recently.

And this ^. That'd be the perfect solution: CoD stays all-female, SB gets back up to full complement, Dale's car smells better (or at least different), and we get to see Dale more because CoD and SB already have a business arrangement (the coffee-for-pastries deal).
--- Quote from: Is it cold in here? on 25 Jun 2013, 16:32 ---I'm still confused. Is there some connection between A Clockwork Orange and pizza?

Well, according to that Wikipedia link, the main character of the film is "a charismatic, sociopathic delinquent whose interests include classical music (especially Beethoven), rape, and what is termed 'ultra-violence'." We already know Dale likes to play WoW in a fairly violent manner; throw in a liking for Beethoven, and...?
At least, that's my interpretation of what K1dmor meant with that Clockwork Orange link, but I could certainly be wrong. Or Truec might be correct about it being an Evangelion reference instead.
K1dmor:
Oh no Storel, like...no. :psyduck:
I was thinking something more like: In the movie, they make the protagonist hear Beethoven when he's on "treatment"; then, he can't stand hearing his music again because of that.
Dale works everyday delivering Pizza, and now he can't stand it anymore.
But i bet it was an Evangelion reference :-P .
