So a friend of mine sent me the link to GISHWHES. It's short for The Greatest International Scavenger Hunt The World Has Ever Seen. It's pretty straightforward.

You sign up, alone or with a group up to 15 people.
You get tasks (some crazy, some not).
You document yourself doing the tasks in a crazy way.
