I'd not only thought I could come, but offered de_la_Nae a ride. I'm hemmed in this weekend, and a weekend NYC trip may always be difficult.

Damn, can anyone make it? I can come into the city multiple times, and I'll be in the city Saturday anyway if even one person wants to do this, but please suggest dates over the next two weeks (any day of the week is fine, for the most part).

I'm most easily available in weekday evenings after work, since I'm already in the damnable place. This Saturday would be difficult.

As for meeting places, wouldn't Penn Station be the easiest place to meet? It's the local and regional transportation nexus, there's dozens of easily found landmarks, and shouting "METHOD OF MADNESS, ARE YOU HERE?" in the middle of a crowd won't even draw a second look.

I suck, I know! I just can't really do the city during the week....it's a 2 hour train ride and one of the trips is peak, meaning that it would cost me $40 just to get there. I can justify it a little more on weekends, because I can do off-peak round trip for around $30 and then spend the whole day squeezing in as much as I can.
