But are you basing that on strictly what you know about Faye as heard at work or are you basing that on having ready 2000+ comics she appears frequently in. We know why Faye keeps the world at arms length with biting sarcasm. Do Penelope and Cosette know that?

They've been working with Faye long enough to have a clue about how she operates.

The thing is, Faye was already pretty much in charge of things whenever Dora wasn't around. Why would they even see it as a big change?

Well, I say good for Penelope, way to stick it to the man and hit out against nepotism.
Dora totally should have given the others the chance to apply for the role.
