Quite the opposite, actually...
I can't quote it since I can't find it, but the jist of it is that Dora uses a secret process to roast the coffee. No one knows the process she uses, not even Faye.

There is...a shop...in Ottawa...they caaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaall it the riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiising bun. (Random aside: I went to see Muse in April, and at one point, it may have been before they started their setlist, I'm not entirely sure, but they started playing the music to it and the entire stadium started singing it. Good times, and great show.)

I don't think they are adding anything on to the store, just delegating some responsibilities.
Even the small pretzel shop I worked at in a mall when I was 17 that had only 5 employees had a manager and assistant manager (5 including the two managers).
Man, all the soft pretzels you could eat for free. I don't miss the shit pay, but man, all the soft pretzels you could eat for free.

Other story potential: Faye discovers actually *being* in charge (even at a second-in-command level) is nowhere near as fun as *acting as if* you're in charge.
