I always relocate insects and spiders from my flat because I'm worried they might die inside - either through lack of food or through unintentional squashing. But sometimes I wonder whether I'm dooming them to die of hypothermia.

I've been told that spiders you find inside are indoor spiders, and so by putting them outside you doom them to death by predator anyway.

Fuck any spider that comes into my house, I don't care what they eat. Stink bugs get flushed, ants get squished, spiders and those freaky centipede things get screamed and flailed at until someone else comes to kill them.
