hobo386:
1)I get the feeling that Emily likes Marten (not saying it's gonna happen or trying to ship them) and this is her awkward way of showing she's interested.
2)It might just be perspective playing tricks on me, but it feels like Emily is getting taller (or is Marten getting shorter?) every time I see them.
3)I'm not really surprised by either number. Some people get a little sloppy while drunk, though in Marten's case it seems there was another reason, and in Emily's case I'd imagine the awkward+qurirky+super-tall scared off a lot of boys in high-school (and still does).
Neko_Ali:
Ummm... I have to say, I am getting rather uncomfortable as to how many people are playing the 'how many of the girls that Marten has kissed are actually guys' questions here. Emily want to know how many girls Marten had kissed. Marten said they were girls. That means they were girls. If he meant different, he would have said different. If they were trans women, they were girls. If they were drag queens in drag at the time, still referred to as girls.
ankhtahr:
Well. I'm more on the Emily side of the spectrum as well. But she's off by two.
yay me.
GarandMarine:
You guys kinda make me feel like a man whore.... >.>;
I have kissed many pretty ladies on the mouth, and had... uh... 10-12 girlfriends... at least... stupid concussions.

I have to agree. I mean, I suppose any of the individuals he kissed could have identified as something other than a woman and he may not have known, but I highly doubt that's even close to the meaning we're meant to walk away with. It also leaves room for saying someone was deliberately dishonest about their gender for the purpose of getting a kiss from a man and that is NOT an acceptable message, period.
EDIT: Just to be clear, I don't think anyone was actually thinking or intending that last bit of what I said. I was just giving a reason why I felt that line of conversation may not be something we want to continue.
