I find it weird that Americans eat their chilli with crackers... I always have mine with rice or corn chips or tortillas.

So Chili --both what goes in it and how to eat it-- approach the zealotry of barbecue discussion in some circles.   I myself am both a huge chili and bbq aficionado and have had many spirited discussions about the right way to do both.

For the record, I am from the corn chips school of chili consumption.

I ate chilli with crackers this evening. It was ok. But I prefer tortilla chips the most.

I am a crackers man. I like my chili sweet & hot with more meat and beans than veggies.

My easy chili recipe is:

1 lb spicy sausage
1 jar salsa (Hot)
1 can chili beans (Hot)
1 large can tomato sauce

Done in 15 minutes.

However, my favorite chili is the slow-cooked-on-low-heat-for-almost-a-whole-day-with-more-ingredients-than-you-would-believe kind.

I am not a chili partisan but I must say that I'm more of a corn chip man. Frito pie owns.

Ritz crackers are my preferred chili-eating utensil

I use them instead of forks or spoons and it's deliciously efficient. Also, it reduces dish-washing!

Corn bread doesn't bring any new textures to the party. Sorry, but you suck at chili.

I have tried all of those (tortilla chips, Ritz crackers, saltines, oyster crackers, and cornbread) and I find them all to be tasty.  However, Cincinnati chili is eaten with oyster crackers.

One of the seriously interesting things about sound loops is that the longer you listen to one, the more the nature of the sound will change. For example!Fresh Pot!
