So I know we've moved on from this. But I've kind of become addicted... I've figured out how to actually run like a human being, at least in theory. You pretty much start out by pressing O and W in quick succession to lunge forward, then Q to bring the left foot down and P as soon as the left foot hits the ground to push off. Using this has gotten me a high score of 50.1, right up until I miss my stride and trip over myself.

I have now run into some truly maddening issues. A lot of the time the foot will get its toe caught on the ground as it comes forward and makes it impossible to push off. Also the right hand can be infuriating when it ruins a good run by bouncing too low and touching the ground. But worst of all is the occasional tendency of the legs to just stop responding for about 1 second, where they won't move no matter what you press. I don't know if it's the game or my laptop, but I've had countless good runs ruined when he freezes in one position just long enough to pitch to the ground.

I always thought it was kinda cool how Woody and Jessie were never more than friends. It would have been so cliché for the cowboy and cowgirl to get together. Besides, Woody seemed to have a woody for Bo-Peep. Meanwhile, Buzz was always such a gentleman to Jessie, and there's that whole "opposites attract" thing going on.
