Her breasts look fuller, skin looks brighter (more tanned and 'glowing') stomach looks flatter, forehead looks smaller, position of her hand is changed... These are not big changes but they have a "point". I do not agree with the point, but it's pretty obvious what the point of the editing is. If you are asking what the point is of comparing them, well. It basically says to me that even if you are very attractive and look good in underwear, someone always wants you to look better.
