I find it fairly impressive that whilst stray rounds can be seen striking the van behind him, the police thoughtfully make sure the rounds that strike young master Bieber only hit him in the very centre of his mass, even whilst he falls at an angle, rather than any rounds, say, tumbling through his skull and blowing his head apart like a watermelon or tearing through his abdomen causing his last twitching involuntary actions to be to piss and shit blood, etc.
