It's "heart disease wrapped in paper" because it is two piece of chicken, some bacon, cheese and a sauce? I mean, yeah sure it's unhealthy. And yeah sure it looks bad because it is missing those two big carbs on the top and bottom, but really is it any worse than any other fast food sandwich?
Take for instance this:
This is only 80 calories less than the double down, with sauce. With out sauce, it is 60 calories more. This sandwich is readily available, and regularly ordered.
So yeah, I agree its terrible(but what fast food is not?). It's also delicious. It's no different than any other fast food sandwich.

Em - It was a joke, but seriously, it's all fried food. I saw it and my arteries screamed in both horror and delight. I am sure it is delicious, but I'm also very sure it's bad for you! I eat quarter pounders, etc. and say to myself, "This is really bad for you, but you're going to enjoy it anyways! NOM NOM NOM!" I would eat it and most likely love it (chicken and bacon, fuck yeah), but that doesn't stop it from being fried junk.
