No, it's still sleeping. The droplets accumulate by condensation through the night. It's like a hangover if you're really tiny, I guess?

Finland has a fairly high national suicide rate, and that's after lowering it by about 40% in the last 15 years through some widespread emphasis on extending treatment options and such.
Hell, back in the early 90's, Finland had the highest national rate of teen suicides and was in the running for #1 overall.
