right, because if you find a phone at a concert you should totally keep it instead of turning it in to the venue
phones reproduce at concerts, it didn't ever belong to anyone

I am going to assume it is either his new phone which he lost and then 'found' whilst at a festival. Or that, if not his, he called the "home" number in its address book and the "mum" number and tried all of that festival to find its actual owner.
Because I feel we ought give him benefit of the doubt, and believe that anyone would do that.
(Possibly) I am naive.
