There are parts of Australia that are actually still in the 80s.

When you enter them cellphones quit working, credit cards aren't accepted everywhere, and, strangely enough, any watch you happen to be wearing is transformed into a broken digital timex. And, of course, photos become less crisp and it's very difficult to get the color saturation to work right.

Hopefully I will have some better photos soon but.... I PLAYED IN MY FIRST BOUT LAST NIGHT! It was fucking AAMZING and I loved every moment I was on the track!

We won by 1 point! It was intense and awesome and I was awesome and it was the BEST EVER! Hopefully the swelling in my ankle goes down in the next few days so I will be good to bout again on Saturday!

So I went to my first Ren Faire this weekend with my girlfriend. Unfortunately, neither of us had fun clothes to get dressed up in (next time!). But we still had good times!

We stopped by this really awesome booth with tons of leather clothing, and we all had to try something on. I looked a bit silly.

My girlfriend, on the other hand, looked extremely attractive.

Her friend from the internet tagged along, and she ended up buying this super-awesome leather dress.

I got to shoot some arrows for the first time since 5th grade

And then we got in a FIGHT.

I'm not gonna say I got my ass kicked by little kids, but...

Apparently the same park is hosting a Pirate Faire at the end of June, and we are gonna hit that up so hard.

Yes, that is Pandora Boxx. I didn't get to see her on RuPauls Drag Race as I don't have cable, but I used to go watch her dance way back years ago when she was a regular at Club Marcella in Rochester so I was pretty excited to see her again and talk to her a bit.

And Eris, your hair is lovely! I might save that picture for reference for when I get my hair cut short again once I get a job where I need a more professional appearance than showing up to work with wet hair because I would rather sleep in than blow dry it for half an hour. Dang that was a long sentence.

Ah, we found one of the business cards we were given. As it turns out, the vest was made by the fine people at Ravenswood Leather. Their stuff was pricey, but sooooo coooool.
