Twentyone years ago I had cancer; so they cut a bit of me out, and then killed a bit more of me selectively using radiotherapy. As you can see, this process did not make me look a happy bunny (photo taken during period of radiotherapy):

Of course, it worked, so why should I complain?

Yeah see that's why you've got to look at it from the south side. It kind of makes sense in the context of the office buildings around it then (plus it's got some trees in front of it). Unfortunately 90% of the time you see it from the north (city) side, and yeah it's fugly from that angle. Even more so when it's got Flinders Street Station just across the road.

Here is my summer!

Really really tired eating delicious African food in Amsterdam (too tired to remember which country it was from).

Being squashed by a drunken producer at about 3am, closely followed by sea shanties.

Sorting props after the run had ended - n.b. papier mache cauldron.

Uh, guys, is anyone feeling a bit naked right now? ... oh man have we stolen some other show's clothes? TAKE THEM BACK QUICK!

Cueing the Cornwall show (that's me flagrantly wearing orange during the show... sue me).

Mmm ice cream (this happened almost every day for three weeks...)

The company and the set! I just love the colour contrast on this. You can probably guess which ones are the crew and orchestra, and which the cast!

That's a fair few photos! They're all on Facebook, so sorry to anyone who's seen them already (and sorry to those of you who should have been in them, if I hadn't forgotten to take photos all summer!).

I know I'm (evidently) not as hot as Henry Reed, but hey, here goes nothing.

This picture, imho my best self-portrait actually, is surprisingly me, frighteningly me... entirely me. Obnoxious, slightly antisocial, slightly arrogant. Just a touch overweight, rather boring, and generally not very nicely dispositioned.
And (surprising everyone, including himself) completely the opposite when one of his grandchildren is around.
