I spent a day on a photo-adventure/walking around in the sunshine/being outside and testing out my new camera!

My friend took this picture of me, I really like it! I like it when sneaky photos of me come out nice, because I'm not pulling a silly face for the camera and they don't end up looking awkward.

I am going to do a little photo dump. I went to a folk festival, I did folky things, including making a crown of flowers.

And spending time with my family.

And hangin' out in my magnificent Volkswagen Westfalia. If you can't tell, the VW symbol on the front grill has been replaced with a silver peace sign.

It was a super fun weekend.

Yeah, I've been pretty lucky of late with waves/work (or rather lack of work) matching up nicely. Unfortunately I'm back to the grind soon, I'll only be able to fit in one more down south trip. Oh well.. 2010 should see a year of grand & planned unemployment, I won't miss a single swell! Hopefully I'll eventually be man enough to surf that break when it's big, it's one heavy slab of a thing above 6 foot.

Haha. I've actually known that guy since year 8 of High School, he's a good friend. He lives in Canberra at the moment though, otherwise you probably would've met him before now.
