I'm sort of flip flopping between "still kinda cool" and "yep, definitely goofy looking," but today I wore 'em around and I got a few compliments. I am sort of new to this boot fashion thing so if they suck I am sorry I probably just don't have a good eye for cool boots yet

Yeah, I like the boots. I wear that sort of combo all the time but I have madd hips so it balances out more, you should look for some straight/boot cut instead of skinnies. Or alternatively just let your skinnies out a bit.

I'm not really sure which I like better. Also don't know if I want shorter boots or slightly taller ones. There are upsides to both.
