I use a segment of the Sherlock soundtrack track "The Game is On". Before that I used the Doctor Who theme as well.

I currently use this.   It's not as loud and obnoxious as a lot of sounds, which was my main goal.  Plus, I made it :)

Metope:
I just use the standard iPhone ringtone now. Which means I always reach for my phone whenever someone else's iPhone rings in public, and everyone else around me reaches for their phones when mine calls. Should probably change it, but meh.
