It would be 10390, assuming decisquee is an abbreviation of "decibels of squee" (you forgot to divide by 10 in the exponent for the "deci" part). If it's decisquee as in tenths of a squee, then it would be 390 squee.

Basically, this is Jeph's way of slowly culling humanity one squee at a time by killing us off through either spontaneous combustion or diabetes.
