Well, she does wear contacts from time to time, so the glasses thing might just be personal comfort. But this was a big moment for both of them, maybe hastened by circumstances. The *SQUEE* is there, as well as the obvious affection. Even if they split before the strip ends, I think that they'll both emerge as stronger people.

Well, assuming you're the responsible "contacts out before bed" type, you may not want to wear them for an activity that you likely will want to pass our after, especially if you're at someone else's house and don't have any toiletries over.

Some do. Some like to snuggle and talk. Some think it might be time to (hopefully mutually (more fun that way)) rinse off in the shower before going to sleep. Some might like to have another go at it. Attitudes and preferences differ from person to person. Methinks that Claire was too busy focusing on what could actually go wrong than using proper vision enhancement.
