If I may say, maybe May doesn't make things as difficult as we make it out to be. Also, May as a character may be annoying, but at least she's interesting - come what may, May will stir the pot.

I had a coworker who would not quite make out on the sales floor with her boyfriend, but would do those series of small, slow kisses that lead up to it. Makeout foreplay, if you will. That bothered me to an excessive degree.
On-topic, yes, definitely enjoying the current goings-on in-comic.
