Works fine on mine I'm afraid, don't know what you're doing to not make it run. The only problem I have, is when I try to run any graphics acceleration, the characters disappear. I can still run around, just, can't tell where I'm going.

Burninated Peasant:
Herm... might have just been a faulty install. Should try it again if I can find it.

Finding Emo:
Best of luck to you, 'tis a wonderful game.

For artillery-shooter, Gunbound. It's free, it's awesome. Go get it now if ya haven't.

Isn't that the game that is basicaly Worms?  Free does equal awesome.  I'd try it but alas i'm at work.

--- Quote ---See, I don't put the FFs or any related genre game in the RPG territory. RPGs are... D&D style. Yes. That's it. Anything else just doesn't fit into my world view. And FF7 > *. That was the most awesome game.
--- End quote ---

Well put point.  RPG isn't quite fitting for most games it is applied to.  I have to say I've had a strong itch to pay some D&D lately and it's annoying to have friends who always want you to DM.  The first FF is as close to RPG as you get in my book.  Lost my train of thought.  Heh.

Bunny:
My favorite game of all-time is Suikoden 2.  So very, very wonderful.

Also worthy of being mentioned:  Wizardry V: Heart of the Maelstrom, Baldurs Gate, Final Fantasy VI, and possibly Tales of Symphonia.
