Comparing her look in the intern introduction to today, I can safely say that HRT has been very kind to Claire.

Except, canonically, she started HRT years before she was introduced, and it's only been a matter of, what, a couple months or so since then?
I'm pretty sure this is art evolution, combined possibly with differences in how she's carrying herself. (There's also been speculation in the past that she was being drawn more attractively because the camera was from Marten's POV, and he was perceiving her as more attractive, but that isn't the case right now, Marten's not even in the scene.)

While I'm not particularly fond of the lips, I have to say I'm extremely impressed by Jeph's art this week. Must be all that maple syrup.

I think that's just art evolution, hardly 3 months passed in-universe since Claire was introduced.

Her eyes are almost completely circular. Here they look smaller and have the pointy edge like Dora's eyes or Penelope's eyes. It just doesn't make her look like Claire and she looks more like a base character model (IMHO) that is dressed up as her.
Didn't even notice the lips on Emily, but on Claire they just do not work.
