Well, the title does just say "building a microwave for fun." It could be a microwave transmitter, or it could be a microwave kill-ray designed to cook Bubbles' enemies (Faye).

Well, sort of. Among the Kaffeine Krew, sleep is often referred to as "Practicing to be dead." But we're usually joking when we say that. Usually. Once you start to hallucinate, there's a risk that you may wind up doing it without nearly enough practice....

As a PTSD survivor who used to do everything I could to avoid sleep due to recurring nightmares, I can tell you from experience that longterm sleep deprivation is no joke.

I would venture to say that Bubbles is one of the most interesting characters of the comic thus far. She's a complex cookie and yet not too much is given away about her straight off-bat.
