That's a 'forbidden' mark. It means that the hosting company has either deleted the file or has blocked hot-linking.

Argh. Sorry, I was trying to use Google to host the image because Photobucket was having a bad hair day. I’ll see if I can get it fixed in a bit.
Edit: Okay, I added a second copy of the image. Hopefully everyone can see at least one of them now.
