Given there are storm troopers, I suspect Boba might already be dead. And Baby Yoda is definetly not Yoda, or at least not the original one.
I wonder whether this all takes place before or after the Disney trilogy.

Disney's timeline puts Mandalorian 10 years after ANH.
About 25 years before TFA.
