No, it isn't; the closest thing is a bonus comic where (clothed) Bubbles is attempting to make sexy poses for Faye with variable results.

Maybe confusion with the earlier Bubbles in armour? It wasn't entirely clear from the start that wasn't intrensically a part of her chassis.
