I was wondering about that very thing myself. While Yay has pulled back from monitoring Roko constantly, one must remember that in anything involving Roko, Yay must be considered.
Yay? Drunk? Possibly they might allow one instance to become drunk. While surrounded by multiple layers of security.

You don't want an omnipotent being at your drunk sleepover party. The very least bad outcome one can expect is a rainfall of extinct critters who don't fit into the known zoological taxonomy. It just gets worse from there.
