Praeserpium Machinarum:
fine, I'll do it with the risk of being slain by the mighty warriors of Europa
Ancient Rites-(Ode to) Ancient Europa
They don't mean this seriously right? Because it sounds like they are doing a good job at a parody of dead metal. This, I am sure, is an acquired taste, but despite the novelty factor and the pretty good musicianship, the insane drums(which I think is a drum machine, again), this is just wasted on me. I think odd, when you think awesome ;)
two suggestions, the first one is a wma file, and the other one mp3 in case you dont have Window Media Player(unlikely but still)

KharBevNor:
Yeah. Ancient Rites have a great drum machine. He's about six feet tall and called Walter...
Could you not even find space or scope to comment on the actual music at all? The terseness and generic nature of your response makes me kind of doubt you even listened to it at all...
Praeserpium Machinarum:
I told you I was biased, but I did listen to it, I just didn't think there was much to say...

Zombina and the Skeletons - Deadalive
Having just listened to that, I can't decide yet if I liked it. It sounded like punk or something, but it also sounds like something out of Grease.
While listening: It starts out with a sort of spooky buzz, promising something interesting. The drums seem a bit at odds with it, but then the vocals pop in and kill it. Nasal, repetetive, can't understand a word. And again, Grease comes to mind- people going ooOOOooo in the back, a fast drum or something keeping up..
in an attempt to be fair, i'll use Malphas' system.
1) Opinion (07/20) maybe it'll grow on me.. maybe.
2) Genre (10/20) i don't even know what to call it.
3) Instruments (08/20) there's skill i suppose, but it's repetitive
4) Lyrics (03/20) what the hell
5) Unique (15/20) never heard anything like this (but that was a good thing)
so Deadalive gets a 43/100.
I suggest:
Band- Skindred. Song- Nobody. Album- Babylon
