Anyone heard Xiu Xiu's cover of Fast Car? Now there is one of the saddest songs I've heard in a long time.

I've not hear Xiu Xiu's version, but is it of the Tracy Chapman song?
That kills me, it's one of the best songs ever written, and her voice is amazing..

Yes it is a cover of the Tracy Chapman song, and I agree, the original is terrific. Something about a gay man singing a raw version of it just gets me though. You have to hear it.
