Okay, Okay, Okay... now I must defend my best friend.  

First off, he's not a poser... he just doesn't know any better.  He's naive is all,  that's why I'm here.  We need to fix him.

Second, I kinda like Slipknot.

Third, yeah, his main basis for liking Otep is "the chick is way hot".

Fourth, he's not a poser!  Seriously, he just doesn't know the good stuff exists.  And, he doesn't really know he's a metalhead either... he's pretty far removed from that kind of stuff.  But, boy, does he fit the sterotype.

Fifth, okay, yeah... I left out all the old school stuff he listens to.  Metallica, AC/DC, Sabbath, etc... they're all there.

Edit - god damn it, my best friend sucks.  Thanks guys, we'll fix him yet.

Slipknot have some good drumming, and they can turn out a decent pop song when they turn their mind to it.

Marilyn Manson was never metal. It was all strictly rock, with a bunch of electronics in it.
