What's your worst musical tragedy?

(1/21) > >>

niatinari:
Has a friend borrowed and never returned a precious album?  Has your car been stolen with your complete collection in one of the seats?  What's your worst musical loss?

Mine: My sister's car was stolen with a few cds of mine on board.  (That was the real tragedy, ne?)  This was some time ago, so now I can't remember which they were exactly.  I believe Radiance and ShadowStalker were among those lost.  I am certain I replaced them.

More recently, but less tragically:  When my fiance and I broke up, he still had the majority of my possessions, including all my cd cases and a few cds that couldn't fit in my carrying case (obviously the ones I didn't miss too much).  Grar.

Trollstormur:
my hard drive crashed with 89gb of music on it.

complete tragedy!

yipjumpmusic:
car stereo stolen with magonlia electric co. in it.  Now I have a burned copy in the real case.  That is the worst I can think of off the top of my head.

Simulacra:
my entire life up to about 2 years ago when i actually started choosing my own music to listen to.

Aphi:
=pouts= ALllllllllllllllllll my Thursday CDs, confiscated by my parents, who were thoroughly convinced that I was turning into "some whiny, wrist-cutting emo kid"--only slightly paraphrased from what they actually said.

I had every CD, too! I had Waiting, and Five Stories Falling, and Full Collapse, and War All The Time....and now I don't.

=is suffering Thursday withdrawal=
