Back on topic though, Stairway To Heaven is a fucking amazing song. It's just not their best in my humble opinion.

Most of the stuff I listen to is genre bending, so I'll stay out, just with the caveat to say that Kristoffer Rygg (Aka Garm aka Trickster G.) totally and utterly blows Patton out the water with everything he's done (Arcturus, Borknagar, Ulver) and Andreas Hedlund, aka Vintersorg's not far behind him.
But yeah. IMMIGRANT SONG!!!!

I NEVER liked that riff. No one seems to notice the INEXCUSABLE tempo slip. Page really dropped the ball when he tried to play so many notes at once. Luckily, he learned restraint during his carreer.
Best song? That's a tough one.
